Savannah- David Roy Bowers, age 56, died Thursday, November 30, 2006, at The Place at Pooler. The Savannah native was a self-employed welder.
Survivors include his three children, Brian Bowers, Susan Bowers and Amy Bowers, all of Statesboro; his mother and step-father, Doris I. and Charles F. McMillan, Jr., of Savannah; his brother, Charles F. McMillan, III, of Savannah; his wife, Wanda Bowers, of Statesboro; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday in Bonaventure Cemetery with Rev. Bobby Awtry officiating.
